When a life is in danger, timely delivery of life-saving measures is important. Immediate CPR was performed on a man rescued from a house fire. The man was suffering severe smoke inhalation. The emergency crews initiated the delivery of CPR. The man who was in his 40s sustained severe injuries after he was retrieved from a burning house.
Dangers of fire
There was heavy smoke coming out of the burning house upon the arrival of the fire crews. The firefighters retrieved a man without any vital signs from the burning structure.
Based on a statement by the paramedics, the man sustained severe smoke inhalation and was given CPR by the emergency crews. The man was resuscitated and transported to a hospital in life-threatening condition.
When the fire started, no one is believed to be inside the house. The fire was controlled and contained in the kitchen. The fire investigators are analyzing the scene of the fire and working out to figure out how the fire started.
