After passing the course, participants will receive a nationally recognized, wallet-sized certification card. A larger wall-mount certificate is available upon request.

- Refunds are not available within 72 hours of the scheduled course date. Transfers requested within 72 hours are subject to a $25.00 fee. Prior to the 72-hour window, participants may transfer to another session or request a full refund at no additional charge. Please note that no refunds are available for rescheduled events.
