Refunds, Transfers, and Cancellations

• Refunds: Not accepted within 72 hours of the course start date.
• Transfers: A $25 fee applies for transfers requested within 72 hours of the course.
• Cancellations: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the course. Please note there are no refunds for rescheduled events.

Students are strongly advised to check with their employer prior to enrollment to ensure the certification meets their requirements.
