About Us
Kelowna First Aid is proud to be part of St. Mark James Training, one of Canada’s most respected first aid and safety education organizations. Fully approved from coast to coast—including Alberta OH&S, Manitoba Health, and Ontario WSIB—our training meets the highest national standards and is fully CSA compliant.
Since 2014, we’ve been committed to delivering high-quality first aid and safety courses to individuals, workplaces, and community groups. What makes us different is our direct partnership with doctors and provincial regulatory bodies. Unlike many training providers who operate through third-party organizations, we work directly with the experts who shape national safety guidelines. This ensures our students receive accurate, up-to-date, and industry-leading instruction every time.
By eliminating third-party provider fees, we’re able to offer the lowest prices without compromising on quality. Instead of paying middlemen, we invest directly into training resources, equipment, and exceptional instructors. Our team receives 160 hours of training, far surpassing the typical 37 hours provided by other organizations—resulting in instructors who are deeply knowledgeable, confident, and highly effective.
As part of St. Mark James Training, which certifies over 50,000 Canadians each year, Kelowna First Aid combines national expertise with local dedication. Our mission is simple: to provide the highest-quality, most accessible, and most reliable first aid training in Kelowna.
Serving Kelowna and interior British Columbia with the lowest priced, least canceled and highest quality first aid courses, food safe and CPR training since 2014 with a commitment to make the community safer.
