Refunds, Transfers, and Additional Fees

• No refunds or transfers are accepted within 72 hours of your appointment.
• No refunds are provided for rescheduled appointments.
• If an additional fit test is required, a 50% fee will be applied for each additional test.

Students are strongly advised to check with their employer prior to enrollment to ensure the certification meets their requirements.
