Refunds and Transfers

• Within 72 hours of the course: Refunds are not available. Transfers to another course date are subject to a $25.00 fee.
• More than 72 hours before the course: Participants are eligible for a full refund or a transfer to a different date at no additional cost.
• Rescheduled Events: No refunds are available for rescheduled courses.

Students are strongly advised to check with their employer prior to enrollment to ensure the certification meets their requirements.
