Participants can select from different CPR certification levels, with each advanced level including the skills of the lower levels:
- CPR level A course in Kelowna – This is the most basic CPR level that teaches candidates CPR knowledge and skill for adult and child patients. This is a 4-hour course. No recertifications are available for this program.
- CPR level C course in Kelowna – This course encompasses all of the criteria taught in CPR level “A” but adds additional knowledge and skill for infant patients. This is a 5-hour course.
- CPR level C for health care providers (CPR HCP) – This course encompasses all of the criteria in CPR levels A and “C” and includes additional training with advanced equipment, spinal injury patients, and trained backup. Candidates will learn to use advanced equipment such as bag-valve masks and practice CPR with two rescuers.
- Private Infant CPR Course – This course is designed for new and expecting parents that want to be prepared for any emergency. Have up to 4 people take this private course in which the instructor comes to you.
