A 35-year old dead despite CPR at Buffalo Pound Provincial Park. According to Moose Jaw RCMP, the man entered the water and started to struggle.
Drowning incident
The 35-year old man was declared dead after a drowning incident. The man who was from the Regina area was attending a family gathering at the beach area. He entered the water and started to struggle.
One of the bystanders attempted to save the man and brought him back to shore. The police and EMS responded to the scene with emergency services attempting to perform CPR. Nevertheless, the STARS arrived on the scene and pronounced the man dead. The Moose Jaw RCMP thanked all those who attempted to save the man.
