A 28-year old man was given CPR by a bystander. The hit-and-run victim was found by a neighbor on the ground and CPR was performed.
The victim was found unconscious and severely injured on the road of 14300 block of 92nd Avenue. The man was transported to a healthcare facility where he later succumbed to his injuries.
When the paramedics arrived, they took over. The man was transported to a hospital in Surrey where he later died. According to the police, no one witnessed what happened and it remains unclear how long he had been lying there.
