CPR performed on CPR in a taxi

A 17-month old was unresponsive while in a taxi in St. John’s. It was an ordeal that parents do not want to experience. According to the father, his son is still recovering in a healthcare facility and eagerly thanks everyone who assisted in saving the life of his son.

Jason Roddan along with his wife and toddler Christopher were riding a Jiffy Cab to get groceries when the toddler ceases to breathe. According to Roddan, his son had no pulse and not breathing, so he pulled him out of the car seat and placed him in the passenger side and initiated CPR for up to 15 minutes before first responders arrived and took over.
