In order to be eligible for emergency first aid recertification through Kelowna First Aid candidates must:
Have completed a emergency first aid course (or renewal / recert course) through a credible Canadian provider such as the Heart and Stroke Foundation, St. Johns Ambulance, St Mark James Training or Lifesaving Society of Canada. If you have completed this course through another provider, not listed above, please contact us prior to registering for a recertification.
Have completed the previous emergency first course (or renewal / re-cert course) within the past 3 years.
If candidates do not meet both of these requirements they must re-take the original Emergency First Aid course in Kelowna. If you have any questions about these requirements please feel free to contact us.

Cost of Emergency First Aid Renewal Certification Course in Kelowna BC
The cost of a emergency first aid and CPR level A recertification course is $59.99. To partner the course with CPR C recertification costs $64.99 Course fee includes taxes and certification costs.
Course Length
The length of the course is 8 hours as mandated by provincial regulations. Candidates can not complete the course prior to 8 hours. 100% attendance is mandatory.

Candidates that meet the skills and exam standards for the course immediately receive an emergency first aid and CPR recertification certificate. This certificate meets several government, employment, and academic standards. This certificate is of equal value to the certificate earned from taking a full course.

Refunds and Transfers
Refunds are not accepted within 72 hours of the original course. Transfers are charged $25.00 if requested within 72 hours of the course. Prior to this time refunds and transfers are free of charge. There are no refunds for rescheduled events.
