Certification

Upon successfully completing the recertification course, participants will receive a CPR Level C and AED certificate, valid for 3 years. This certification meets a wide range of workplace and academic requirements and is nationally recognized.

Course Cost and Duration

Recertification Requirements

To be eligible for this CPR recertification course, participants must meet the following prerequisites:

  • Valid Certification: Candidates must have completed a CPR Level C (or higher) course within the past 3 years. This can be either an original certification or a recertification course.
  • Accredited Provider: The previous certification must have been issued by a recognized Canadian training organization such as St. Mark James Training, Red Cross, Lifesaving Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation, or St. John Ambulance. If you’re unsure whether your certificate qualifies, feel free to contact us for confirmation.

Important: Participants who do not meet these requirements must retake the full CPR Level C course to renew their certification.

Additional Note:
Please remember to bring your previous CPR Level C certificate to present to your instructor on the day of the course.

Refunds, Transfers, and Cancellations

  • Within 72 hours of the course: Refunds are not available. Transfers are subject to a $25 fee.
  • More than 72 hours before the course: Participants can receive a full refund or transfer to a different course at no extra cost.
  • Rescheduled Events: No refunds are provided for rescheduled courses.
