The length of an emergency first aid, CPR, and AED course will depend on the quantity and skill level of the students and the level of CPR training partnered with the course. Participants should expect to attend a minimum of 7 hours of class time. This time does not take into account breaks and recesses. This first aid course is commonly done within one day. The cost of an emergency first aid, CPR, and AED course is 84.99. Participants can select one of the following CPR levels to partner with the course:
CPR level “A” – CPR for adult rescues only
CPR level “C” – CPR for victims of all ages
CPR level “HCP” – also known as CPR level “C” for health care providers. This includes CPR level “C” with additional health care provider components.

Certifications for Workplace Approved Emergency First Aid Course in Kelowna
Applicants who complete the emergency first aid skills components and written test will receive a wallet-sized card indicating successful completion of the program. You may also request a larger certificate. The certificate also states education in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) plus the use of AEDs.
Participants that need to renew emergency first aid may be eligible for a recertification lesson. Recertifications are for participants who have been certified in emergency first aid and wish to change their certification. Refunds, Transfer and Cancellations:
Refunds are not accepted within 72 hours of the original course. Transfers within 72 hours are charged 25 dollars. Candidates that request a refund or transfer prior to 72 hours of the original course registered will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for rescheduled events.
